Education and Training
In addition to her formal education, beginning in 1996 with “Mediator Boot Camp,” a forty-hour seminar in basic mediation training, Cynthia has frequently participated in seminars and workshops to enhance her mediation skills. On occasion, she has also served as a mentor to rookie mediators by evaluating their performance in certification programs. Cynthia has been honored to be among the mediators approved by the courts in various Maryland jurisdictions and routinely receives referrals from the courts in family, estate, and business cases.
